SERVICES
All services are available on both an interim and continuing monthly basis.
We offer internet and phone-based training related to Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Business Office Services, as an AR Aging clean-up project or as a monthly ongoing service.
If an on-site visit is required or needed, we are able to accommodate this as well.
A quarterly Support Services Contract, designed to answer specific questions for Business Office staff on broader issues such as Medicare Secondary Payer, Correcting claims using Medicare DDE or current industry electronic claims submission software, Managed Care/Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid Managed Care Billing.
We offer onsite or remote Business Office Systems Analysis (BOSA) to provide a detailed review of current policies and procedures compared to industry standard guidelines and best practices to clearly identify areas for improvement to increase reimbursement and collections.
